The Building
Our two-story building can adapt to your needs. The first floor is 2400 square feet. The main floor is comprised of a welcoming wood floor entry and a large matted space that can be carpeted. 12 foot tall vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a fully open floor plan make the space feel roomy, bright, and inviting. A large wall of folding glass doors open onto a spacious 1250 square foot cedar deck. Downstairs also includes one bathroom and is handicap accessible.
The second floor has a carpeted area that includes a small kitchen, two more bathrooms, 2 10 x 10 changing rooms, a large table, and a couch. There is an additional 800 square foot matted area available as well.
You can rent either the entire building or just one story. We also have two large open grassy areas available to rent as well, including a beautiful fountain and short walking trail.
The Location
Just a few miles from downtown Redmond, this is an ideal spot for your event. Located on 12.5 acres of natural beauty, it still retains a feeling of seclusion, while maintaining convenient access. There is ample parking and a public park nearby.

Our space is adaptable to your needs. We've hosted many events, including weddings, art shows, marketplaces, author's corners, group meetings, birthday parties, dances, fundraisers, and so much more.
