Welcome to our Martial Arts and Other Programs in Redmond and the Greater Seattle Area


Martial arts are ideal for promoting fitness, focus, and calm. If you are looking for a certified and well-established martial arts center, welcome to Enso Center.

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization providing you the opportunity to learn something new, have fun, make friends, and improve your mental, physical and emotional health.

Since 1986, the Mix Family has been teaching martial arts both in Redmond and around the world.

Friendly Community

For the past several decades, our family has served the Redmond community. Our classes are open to all levels. Families are encouraged to train together. Classes are open to students of all ages with some classes starting as young as age 6, making it a perfect fit whether you're training individually or with your family.

Convenient Location & Beautiful Facilities

Located about a mile from downtown Redmond, Enso Center is located near Perrigo Park. With more than 12+ wooded acres and ample parking, Enso Center's dojo is bright and spacious, with over 4,000 square feet with 12 ft tall ceilings.

Announcements

Your safety is our first priority. We are following WA State & King County Safe Start guidelines.

Currently we offer Online Remote Classes & Safe Start In-Person Classes.

Upcoming Belt Tests

Generally, belt tests are held on the second Wednesday of the month during the 5:30pm class. Families and friends are encouraged to attend.

While we are in Safe Start mode, promotion tests will be during a remote online class. Please check with your instructor for the next scheduled promotion test date.
